Enterprise Integrations for Cloud-Managed Security Cameras

In the past, video security systems have been siloed pieces of technology. A key transformation within modern enterprises is the ability for different forms of technology to work harmoniously with one another to improve efficiency throughout an organization. IT Managers are no longer looking for products that serve only a primary function, but instead, want products that can do more by integrating into multiple aspects of the business as well as its existing technology.

Our goal with Rhombus Systems is to provide organizations with video surveillance that is not only powerful but anyone from within an organization can quickly master and love to use every day. Our newest product feature further reinforces this goal, and we're proud to announce a new suite of enterprise integrations that will bring your video security system under the same umbrella as every other IT product. Today, Rhombus Systems can now integrate with other IT products – finally removing the line between IT and physical security.

The Integrations

Our suite of integrations can be broken up into the following categories -

Identity Management

You can now securely login to the Rhombus console using your own identity provider. All SAML/SCIM 2.0 services (Okta, Office 365, G Suite, and etc.) are fully supported creating a more seamless user experience. This feature is available for all Enterprise Subscriptions.

Incident Management

Easily configure how your organization gets notified and what the ideal workflow should be if specific people are seen, certain instances occur, or if cameras go offline. Incident Management is the first step in protecting your organization and Rhombus now supports integrations with PagerDuty, Slack, ServiceNow, and Jira (coming soon).

Storage Management

With video security, having a dependable storage option is critical. Now organizations and businesses everywhere have the ability to store important clips to their preferred cloud storage service. Storage integrations include G Suite, Office 365, Box, Dropbox, AWS, and Azure (coming soon). This allows you to have more flexibility with your storage options and reduces the need for unnecessary maintenance.

SIEM

Unify all of your logging and system events with our new integration into Splunk. We’re constantly striving to provide the best video security system to our customers, so please let us know if you have other SIEM or log aggregators you’d like to integrate with.

Availability

All of these integrations are now available to customers with Professional or Enterprise Subscription Plans (SSO is exclusive for Enterprise). These integrations will continue to be developed and refined, so give them a try and let us know if you have any feedback!
