With Rhombus, door access is managed from the same place as everything else. Staff assign a fob right from the member's profile: hand the member a fob, they tap it on any door reader, done. No enrollment hardware, no typing credential numbers, no second console to learn.
From there, access follows the membership. Freeze, cancel, or renew a member in Gymdesk and their door access updates automatically. Every tap logs attendance, so owners can see who's actually showing up — without staffing a front desk. Business hours are enforced per facility, staff can unlock a door remotely from Gymdesk, and Rhombus controllers keep working from a cached member list if the internet drops, so members are never locked out.
Which doors a membership opens is set once, on the membership tier. After that, there's no per-member setup, it just works.
